One of my favorite pairs of shoes growing up was a super cute pair of black bow flats from Sam & Libby {which I am wearing in the picture below}. I was absolutely in LOVE with them and I wore them all the time. Sometimes I wish I had held on to that pair because it reminds me so much of my childhood. I loved the simplicity of it and the fact that they were adorned with adorable bows, which by the way, I am STILL a fan of.

 

You can imagine my excitement when I found out that one of my favorite shoe brands as a child has a collaboration with Target, another favorite of mine! Yes, Sam & Libby and Target have an affordable shoe line launching on May 5th. It's amazing when Target has a collaboration with just about anybody, but this will be simply awesome. My go-to shoes for winter are obviously boots, but I am so over this fashion staple. I'm ready for Spring and longing for some cute flats, strappy sandals, dresses, and a pop of color in my daily wardrobe. I live in the Bay Area so Spring is always lagging behind. Come out, sunshine and warm weather!

I am officially obsessed with Polyvore! I'm very excited because tomorow night I'm going to an outdoor show called The Comedy Jam. As always, I'm stressing about what to wear so I took to Polyvore to get some ideas. I am definitely loving this outfit! It's casual and comfortable, which is what I'm looking for since we have lawn seats. Since it will probably get a little chilly at night, I've added the jean jacket. Super cute!

I've recently discovered Polyvore and I've become so obsessed with it! I haven't done my Fashion Forward Friday post in SO long so I thought it would be perfect to share my first Polyvore creation. I love the combination of blue & yellow with the black pants. It's such a beautiful pop of color! And who doesn't love the La Mer watch!!

I've been away for a while, but I'm back! Things have been so crazy with endless weekend events. Summer is always such a busy time of the year for me and I can't believe it's July already. There are so many fashion trends that I'm in love with this season, I feel like I can't even keep up. Some recent news that I'm super excited about is a Winter collaboration with Target and Neiman Marcus, including designers such as Tory Burch, Marc Jacobs, and Jason Wu just to name a few. Very exciting!


Over the past few weeks, I've had time to shop for some new shoes. Next to boots, flats are my all-time favorite! Ankle strap flats and boat shoes have been catching my eye like crazy so I finally snagged a pair of each for myself.

H&M is one of my favorite places to shop and I am absolutely in love with their new Conscious Collection, which just hit stores yesterday. There's nothing I love more than organic products and this new line is all about eco-friendly material. Everything is perfect for Spring - neon, blush, lace, and florals. I read an article on Us Magazine about Tory Burch's feud with her ex-husband over their business partnership for her company. Although I don't own anything from her fashion line, I do have this fascination for it. One thing that's been on my list of things I would love to have are her ballet flats. I remember seeing almost every girl I came across wearing them and after reading the reviews, I knew I had to have them. That's still a work in progress as I have never spent more than $100 on a pair of shoes! I'll have to splurge on myself one of these days...
