Leaf Rubbing!
With fall season upon us and the leaves falling from the trees, my son has taken to picking them up wherever we go. Naturally, I knew he would enjoy it. So off we went to the park for some leaf-hunting!
leaves, big or small
white paper
crayons
Place the leaves between two white pieces of paper and with any color of crayon you choose, get to rubbing!
I love the rubbings that you guys made. I totally forgot about doing those. I think I will take my little man out to find some leaves today.

It looks like you guys had a blast! I love that picture of him looking up smiling! We've been playing with leaves a lot lately too, but haven't done rubbings yet...I think we'll have to do it soon!

This is an awesome project! I think my little man would love to do this. I think I'll set it up for him sometime next week. Thanks for posting this up. It's a great project and it's something I can enjoy with my little man.
ReplyDeleteWe will be doing rubbings tomorrow as well! I love fall, as do my littles. And my Mamas boy! I found you on a Tuesday blog hop, glad I did!
