the leaves are falling...

I was watching Special Agent Oso on Disney Junior with my son and I discovered a fun fall activity for the both of us to do together...

Leaf Rubbing!

With fall season upon us and the leaves falling from the trees, my son has taken to picking them up wherever we go. Naturally, I knew he would enjoy it. So off we went to the park for some leaf-hunting!

What you'll need:
leaves, big or small
white paper

Place the leaves between two white pieces of paper and with any color of crayon you choose, get to rubbing!

  1. I love the rubbings that you guys made. I totally forgot about doing those. I think I will take my little man out to find some leaves today.

Please stop by my blog to see the award I sent you.

  3. It looks like you guys had a blast! I love that picture of him looking up smiling! We've been playing with leaves a lot lately too, but haven't done rubbings yet...I think we'll have to do it soon!

  4. This is an awesome project! I think my little man would love to do this. I think I'll set it up for him sometime next week. Thanks for posting this up. It's a great project and it's something I can enjoy with my little man.

  5. We will be doing rubbings tomorrow as well! I love fall, as do my littles. And my Mamas boy! I found you on a Tuesday blog hop, glad I did!
