I'm attending my cousin's wedding today. I've gone to three weddings in the past few years, yet I'm still faced with the same problem. What do I wear??


For this wedding it was a bit of a challenge because I'm so used to spring and summer weddings. A fall wedding is different. The weather is cold and it's not like you can exactly pull off bright spring colors so easily.

One of my goals for the month of September was to take my son to Lemos Farm in Half Moon Bay. That goal didn't really go as planned, but I'm so glad we waited till this month to go. It was the perfect time with all the Halloween and pumpkin decorations. Pony rides, train rides, bouncy houses, pumpkin patches, haunted houses, petting zoo, and music. It was a Sunday Funday to remember...and you know it's a good time when your son knocks out in the car on the way home and doesn't wake up till the next morning. He was pooped!

With fall season upon us, scarves are a definite must-have. I've always worn my scarf one or two ways, never really knowing how to wear it the other different ways. I came across this wonderful how-to on Pinterest. I will definitely be trying these out. 

Kim Kardashian is an obvious fashionista. She's all about the style and the glam. I saw this picture of her and just fell in love with the outfit. It's simple and beautiful...and I LOVE her shoes! {currently on the search for a pair exactly like them!}

I was watching Special Agent Oso on Disney Junior with my son and I discovered a fun fall activity for the both of us to do together...


Leaf Rubbing! 


With fall season upon us and the leaves falling from the trees, my son has taken to picking them up wherever we go. Naturally, I knew he would enjoy it. So off we went to the park for some leaf-hunting!

What you'll need:
leaves, big or small
white paper
crayons

Place the leaves between two white pieces of paper and with any color of crayon you choose, get to rubbing!
